Project Number 1

Summary:

Based on the results of this research, it appears that the terpenes would be the most promising substitutes. In particular, the CitriSafe product (cleaner #15) appears to work well on all four resins, with the possible exception of resin #2 in which the hand wipe time exceeded 5 minutes.

Test Objective:

To identify safer cleaning alternatives

Product Use:

applying adhesive to tape backing
