Summary: Several semi-aqueous alternatives were identified that were effective.

Test Objective: To determine the best method of cleaning inside diameter of metal narrow tubes.

Problems with Current Method: Emits TCE; labor intensive

Purpose of Cleaning: To avoid metallurgical contamination in annealing process.

Product Use: Implantable medical devices, instruments

Cleaning Chemicals: Trichloroethylene; Acetone; Hydrogen; Helium
