Summary:
Two trials were conducted on coupons and the final trial was performed on supplied parts. Several products were found to successful remove the flux from the circuit boards. These products were two aqueous products, two semi-aqueous products and one petroleum distillate. Upon client analysis, Ionox HC 2 a semi-aqueous alcohol was selected. Client has contacted vendor and has attempted pilot scale testing of cleaning process.Test Objective:
