Laboratory evaluations of alternative cleaning products

Experiment Procedure:

Basic cleaning performance testing was conducted using ASTM G122 as the bases for cleaning. 

Degassing: Degassing the solution by keeping solutions in ultrasonic crest for 5 min at 120 F.
Cleaning: Ultrasonic for 5 min. at 120 F.
Rinsing: 1/2 min. manual with water at 120 F.
Drying: 30 seconds, heat gun 500 F

Success Rating:

Preliminary compatibility tests on substrate coupons encouraging for at least one cleaning chemistry. More in-depth laboratory testing necessary.

Conclusion:

Took four worst sets of coupons from previous trial and tried more energy by using Ultrasonics to clean for between 5-10 minutes.
