Using the laboratory's database for solvent cleaning substitution, the lab generated the following lists of products based on laboratory testing and vendor supplied information.
Trial Results:
Two companies have worked with the lab in the past for asphalt related cleaning. Copies of those reports have been sent for review. In addition, SSL generated a list of products that are recommended by vendors for cleaning asphalt from various metal surfaces. Based on supplied information about the nature of the parts, ultrasonic cleaning may prove to be an effective and time saving method for cleaning the described parts. The two lists below are for products that can and can not be used in ultrasonic equipment.
