Information
Selenium flakes are found in the subsequent vacuum deposed film. It is believed that the flakes originate from an unclean aluminum mask.
The mask should not be a contamination source for the subsequent vacuum deposition process step.

Using the laboratory's database for solvent cleaning substitution, the lab generated two list of products. The first list of products have been evaluated at SSL under similar conditions to the client's criteria. The second are products that should be compatible with aluminum as well as ultrasonics.
