We are the pilot plant for a chemical manufacture. We are evaluating a product for that maybe made at our plant. Lab (1-3L) and pilot runs (75-300 gallons) have been successfully produced. However the reactor is left with a difficult to remove coating and heavy coagulum in poor mixing zones.

On a bench scale we have tried: Water, Simple Green, IPA, NMP, Toluene, MEK, and various concentration levels of NaOH and KOH (5-50%)
