Determine different way to check for cleanliness

To determine a different way to check samples for cleanliness. The current method involves taking a sample and cutting it apart so that the area in question can be viewed. A Microcam/stereomicroscope combination was selected as an alternative method.
SUBSTRATE MATERIAL: Steel
CONTAMINANTS: Unknown
CONTAMINATING PROCESS USED: Samples received cleaned from client
Photographs showed that the sample parts were void of any significant contaminants. See attached sheet for photographs.
The Microcam/stereomicroscope proved to be a viable method to analyze the clients sample parts.
