Purpose of test was to see if their bacterial strain ate the protein food source overtime

BSA is a protein, mimicking dirty conditions. In different standards by Pollet, a Bovine Albumin or a mix BSA + sheep erythrocytes as the interfering substance to reproduce dirty conditions. Pollet requested to use BSA as the protein source in Bradford Assay.
