Basic cleaning performance testing was conducted using ASTM G122 as the bases for cleaning. 

Soda blaster was used till contaminant removal was seen visually.
Contaminant : ITW Dykem Corp - Ink , steel blue-DX-100
Cas # : 64175,  123864, 71363, 9004700, 67630, 8004873.

Baking soda worked to clean this particular ink.
