Experimental Procedure

Basic cleaning performance testing was conducted using ASTM G122 as the bases for cleaning.

Cleaning: 5 min Immersion cleaning with stir-bar agitation @ 120 F
Rinsing: 1/2 min, manual, in 102 F water (tap)
Drying : 1 min with heatg un @ 500F
Contaminant: Steco Corp, Tap Magic Protap ( cutting Fluid )

Results

Low Foam: The high removal rate may mean that there were contaminants on the coupon at the beginning of the trial and this cleaner removed the added and background contaminant.

Conclusion

All cleaners were effective (>93%)
