Basic cleaning performance testing was conducted using ASTM G122 as the bases for cleaning.
Cleaning: 5 min. immersion cleaning at 120 F with stir-bar agitation.
Rinsing: 1/2 min. manual with water at 120 F
Drying: 1 min. manual with heat gun at 120 F
Contaminant:
1. Wax: Paraffin wax, technical, Stevenson Brother and co. Inc.- Petroleum wax.
2. Buffing Compound - The lea Manufacturing Company -Learok-2-B-111, Contains fatty acids, glycerides, petroleum wax oil mix, silica dust.
