Material were gathered before running this test. Nine coupons in total were used which included: ceramic, plastic, and chrome. Initial weights of each substrate were taken and soiled with 0.5 grams of Bathroom soil. The soil was allowed 24 hours of air dry time at room temperature before dirty weights were taken. After the dirty weights were recorded, each substrate was manually wiped using the SLW machine and wypall wipes. Two sprays on each coupon along with the wypall was added before beginning the SLW machine process.
Clorox Clean-up Cleaner and Bleach was effective for overall soil removal from substrates (89%). Average percent removal of plastic was lower than ceramic and chrome, lowering overall removal rating. It should be noted that there was still residue left on a few on the coupons due to the imperfection of the SLW machine. Overall, the product does in fact remove bathroom soil from these substrates.
