Rough surfaces "hold" the e-coated paint and small particles from the bulk strip step redeposit

Can not alter surface features. We should like to hand carry and witness/perform the cleaning using media blasting.
Baking soda blasting was found to be an effective remover for the epoxy paint on the rough surfaces.
