To release glass lenses from aluminum holders by melting and dissolving resins used in mounting

None

Visual

lenses are washed and inspected, holders are reused for more lenses

Degreaser also heats aluminum holders so that new glass lenses may be mounted using resin impregnated water.

Two chemistries found were Oxsol 100 and Glycol Ether DPM. Both have flash point issues to deal with. A second alternative would be to replace the resins.
