Project Number 1

Test Objective:

We would like to have your lab test five samples of bike cleaners. The test is quite simple and protocol is as follows: 1) Weigh SS cold rolled steel panels 2) Spray dirt (simulating road dust and country side contaminants that a bike may acquire when on dirt roads) on cold rolled steel panels, weigh after dirt has dried on the panel (could be oven dried to speed up the drying process). Note the uptake, should be constant for all test materials within acceptable deviation in weight 3) Spray with cleaner formulations provided (same amount for all panels). Please let us know how much of testing material you will need. 4) Wipe with terry cloth with the machine with 30-40 wipes, weigh the panels again 5) Calculate the amount of dirt remaining on all panels by weight, also take pictures and measure gloss of panels 6) Report results in a professional report format Please revert with a quotation for the above testing.
